Jerry Haney

Jerry Haney has spent 30 years in a number of key leadership positions in two business cultures that during their zenith have been recognized as being outstanding examples of effective enterprise cultures — Xerox Corporation and Marion Laboratories (Hoechst Marion Roussel).

While at Xerox, Jerry’s assignments included Sales Representative, Sales Trainer, District Sales Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Group Product Manager.

Key roles in Marion and Hoechst Marion Roussel included President of two subsidiaries, Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Additional experiences have involved three entrepreneurial experiences during his career, i.e., President of Emblem Graphic Systems, Missouri Valley Nursery, and Visionomics, Inc.

Jerry retired from HMR in June 1998, to pursue a number of long-time ambitions:

  • Finalize a book on building and rebuilding effective enterprise cultures and sub-cultures.
     
  • Become a public speaker on cultural leadership.
     
  • Conduct seminars with leadership teams that want to develop and implement a cultural renewal process within their enterprises.
     
  • Consult with business leaders who want to better understand culture and assess the present level of cultural effectiveness within their organization and do something about it.
