Chris Euritt is an accomplished and respected human resources executive with a broad range of global expertise in employee recruitment and retention, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, organization development, change management, and executive compensation.

She has spent over 20 years with Fortune 100 companies in senior level, or lead, human resources positions. In 1994, Chris was recruited by Warner-Lambert’s Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical R&D business unit in Ann Arbor, Michigan as Vice President Human Resources, and quickly established herself as a key member of their executive leadership team. Chris led a 50 person human resources team during a time of significant growth and change with a focus on: strategic talent planning; massive cultural change; and integration of multiple acquisitions. An additional emphasis was the creation of a culture characterized by strong leadership and employee development. Chris’ leadership enabled the R&D Division to successfully implement a widely recognized leadership development program, later emulated by other Warner-Lambert business units.

Prior to joining Warner-Lambert, Chris served as Vice President of Human Resources for Tambrands, Inc. International Group where she concentrated her efforts on emerging markets in Russia, Ukraine, China, Central Europe and Latin America. She was instrumental in building strong leadership teams in both Russia and Ukraine despite an extremely competitive consumer products business environment. Chris also worked closely with Tambrands’ CEO and Board of Directors developing highly regarded executive compensation programs and succession planning strategies for their top 40 global executives.

Chris began her human resources career with Nestle Foods Corporation where she went on to spend 15 years in a variety of human resources positions with ever increasing responsibility. She participated in, and led, projects including organization re-design; labor contract negotiations; facility closings; change efforts;, and a major Nestle USA consolidation.

In the summer of 2000, immediately following Pfizer’s purchase of Warner Lambert, Chris joined a San Francisco based consulting firm, EmployeeService.com, which offered customized human resources administrative and consulting services for small and mid-sized companies. As their Senior Vice President, Chris contributed as an impactful leader of this entrepreneurial organization.

Most recently, as an independent consultant, Chris’ engagement was to assist a major pharmaceutical company where she focused her energies on team development, organization re-design, as well as facilitating a strategic transition planning of a major division re-establishment and relocation.

Chris’ extensive experience and proven leadership skills have been instrumental in a wide variety of assignments and accomplishments supporting corporate/division business strategies, company acquisitions, and cultural transitions.

Chris earned a B.B.A. degree from Pace University in New York, and currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she is actively involved as a community leader in domestic/dating violence, education, the arts, childcare and state-wide women’s programs.
