Greg Forsythe is an experienced organizational development consultant to both industry and government, specializing in workplace effectiveness. His unique experiential base includes individual executive assessment, coaching and development; team building; multi-national workforce development; and post-reengineering organization revitalization.
Prior to founding Leadership Bridge, where he is President, Greg had two decades of leadership experience in industry and education having held executive and management positions with American Hoechst Corporation, General Cable Corporation and General Motors Overseas Operations. He also gained leadership and management experience in the first organizational experimental teaching unit at the University of Michigan.
He consults, publishes and speaks in both the U.S. and the German-speaking countries on achievement, training, career development and cross-cultural issues. Greg has his doctorate from the University of Michigan, with Fulbright Award studies in Germany.
 
Nancy Russell is a licensed psychologist with twenty years of experience in consulting to business and government. As a partner in Leadership Bridge, she is involved in assessment and development of individuals, executive leadership coaching, high potential and succession planning, and selection/prepromotion assessments. Nancy is also involved in whole system competency development, transition management, team development and strategic planning.
Prior to joining the firm, she held management positions with Drake Beam Morin, Seagate Associates, and Manchester where she managed the consulting and psychological functions. At these firms, she also assisted corporations with restructuring projects, transition efforts, and development of key executive talent. Nancy Russell earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University, an M.A. from Seton Hall University and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. She speaks to organizations and associations on leadership effectiveness and career resiliency issues.
